9 Other functions
9.1 Alarm
The Transita 120 IR can be used as an alarm. There are 2 programmable alarm times available
for this purpose which can each be set individually.
As an example the making of settings on Alarm 1 will now be explained. Every single step can
be confirmed and one can skip to the next one by pressing the
SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE
knob.
Turn the
SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob to change an option
until the desired option
is shown in the display.
> First select the > Main menu and >Alarm using the SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob >.
> Select Alarm 1 and then press the SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob.
The menu with the alarm configuration is then shown. It is possible here to set the
Repeat, the source, time and also, for example, volume of the alarm. Go through each
item and then select Save at the end of the list.

Repeat
establishes when and whether the alarm should be repeated. The setting
Off
switches off the alarm. You can furthermore select between
daily, once, at weekends,
on working days.
Press the
SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob to adopt the setting.
> Time: Set the time at which the alarm should start.
> Mode: Select the source, which should be reproduced as the alarm signal.
> If you have selected
Internet Radio, DAB
or
FM
you can then select whether the
Last
listened to station
or a station on your
Favourites list
should be played. Select the
respective option.
> Then select the volume of the alarm.
> Finally select
Save
to save the alarm settings and press the
SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE
knob.
The display now shows an alarm symbol.
> If the alarm is to be switched off again at a later point in time, simply select OFF under
Menu > Main menu > Alarm > Alarm 1.
If the alarm is to be switched off while the alarm is sounding, simply press the
VOLUME/ON/
STANDBY knob.
To use the Snooze function while an alarm is active, please press the SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE
knob.
By pressing the
SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob
you can alter the snooze time between
5 and 10 minutes each time you press it.
