5 Inbetriebnahme/

VORSICHT!
Vor der ersten inbetriebnahme des Ventila-
tionsgerätes FAN4 transportsicherung im
innern des gerätes entfernen (Kabelbinder
um Elektromotor).
Das Ventilationsgerät ist an die steuerspan-
nung des Dampf-luftbefeuchters angeschlos-
sen und wird auch mit spannung versorgt,
wenn der Dampf-luftbefeuchter ausgeschal-
tet ist.
sobald der Dampf-luftbefeuchter Dampf er-
zeugt, schaltet sich der Ventilator (mit einer
kleinen Verzögerung) automatisch ein. Wird
kein Dampf mehr produziert schaltet der
Ventilator nach einer gewissen Nachlaufzeit
automatisch aus.
6 Wartung
Die Ventilationsgeräte FAN4 benötigen grund-
sätzlich keine Wartung. sollten die geräte
und/oder die darin eingebauten Filter einmal
verschmutzt sein, gehen sie wie folgt vor:
1. Dampf-luftbefeuchter/Ventilationsgerät
ausser Betrieb nehmen und vom strom-
netz trennen.
2. schraube des gehäusedeckels lösen und
Deckel entfernen.
3. geräteinnenraum mit Nylonbürste reini-
gen
4. Filter reinigen (max. 3 mal) oder er setzen.
5. gehäusedeckel wieder anbringen und mit
den schrauben befestigen.
5 Commissioning/
Operation
CAUTION!
Before commissioning the fan unit FAN4 the
first time, make sure the transport securing
device inside the fan unit has been removed
(cable strap around the electric motor).
the fan unit is connected to the control volt-
age of the steam air humidifier and is supplied
with voltage even if the steam air humidifier
is switched off.
As soon as the humidifier generates steam,
the ventilator switches on automatically (with
a slight delay). When steam is no longer being
produced, the ventilator switches off automati-
cally after a nominal overrun period.
6 Maintenance
Basically the fan units FAN4 do not require
any maintenance. if the units and/or the built in
filters, should once be dirty, proceed as follows:
1. Take the steam humidifier/fan unit out of
operation and disconnect the units from
the mains.
2. undo the screw of the unit cover and
remove the cover.
3. clean the interior of the unit with a nylon
brush and/or clean (max. 3 times)/replace
the filters.
4. Clean (max. 3 times) or replace the filters.
5. Remount housing cover and fix it with the
screw.

Mise en service/
exploitation
ATTENTION!
Avant la mise en service initiale, enlevez
l’assurage de transport qui se trouve à
l’intérieur de l’appareil de ventilation (serre-
câbles autour du moteur électrique).
l’appareil de ventilation est raccordé à la
tension de commande de l’humidificateur
à vapeur et est alimenté en courant élec-
trique même si l’humidificateur à vapeur est
déclenché.
Dès que l’humidificateur produit de la vapeur,
le ventilateur tourne automatiquement (avec
temporisation). si la production de vapeur
cesse, le ventilateur s’arrête automatiquement
(avec un certain retard).
6 Maintenance
En principe, les appareils de ventilation FAN4
ne nécessitent pas de maintenance. si les
appareils et/ou les filtres intégrés devaient
être encrassés, procédez comme suit:
1. Mettre l’humidificateur à vapeur/l’appa reil
de ventilation hors service et les débran-
cher du réseau électrique.
2. Dévisser la vis du couvercle de boîtier et
ôter le couvercle.
3. Nettoyer l’intérieur de l’appareil à l’aide
d’une brosse de nylon et/ou nettoyer (max.
3 fois)/remplacer le filtre.
4. Nettoyer (max. 3 fois) ou remplacer les
filtres.
5. Remettre le couvercle d’appareil et le fixer
au moyen des vis.
