The fastening torque is affected by a wide variety of factors including the following. After fastening, always
check the torque with a torque wrench.
1. When the battery cartridge is discharged almost completely, voltage will drop and the fastening
torque will be reduced.
2. Driver bit or socket bit
Failure to use the correct size driver bit or socket bit will cause a reduction in the fastening torque.
3. Bolt
• Even though the torque coefficient and the class of bolt are the same, the proper fastening torque will differ
according to the diameter of bolt.
• Even though the diameters of bolts are the same, the proper fastening torque will differ according to the torque
coefficient, the class of bolt and the bolt length.
4. The manner of holding the tool or the material of driving position to be fastened will affect the
torque.
5. Operating the tool at low speed will cause a reduction in the fastening torque
8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
8.1 CLEANING
• Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine.
• Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use.
• Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt.

⦁If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water.
•
⦁Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may damage the plastic parts.
8.2 MAINTENANCE
Our machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance.
Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and regular cleaning.
9. REPAIR
This product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by the consumer. Contact a qualified specialist
to have it checked and repaired.
10. ENVIRONMENT
Should your appliance need replacement after extended use, do not dispose of it with the household
refuse, but in an environmentally safe way.
Waste produced by electrical machine items should not be handled like normal household rubbish. Please
recycle where recycle facilities exist. Check you’re your Local Authority or retailer for recycling advice.
