Height adjustment: Press and hold the up or down button
to adjust the height.
Timer: The timer’s intention is to help remind users to
stand up. Press the “T” button for 0.5 hour increments.
Max setting is 2 hours. When the display stops flashing,
the timer is successfully set, the indicator light will turn on.
When the time is up, there will be a sound. The sound will
turn off automatically after some time. To cancel, press “T”
button until the display shows the current height and the
indicator light turns off.
Memory setting: Adjust the desk to your desired position.
Press the “M” button, “S-” appears on the display. Press
“1”, “2” or “3”.
The memory is set. You can store up to 3 heights by
repeating the same process.
Power-saving mode : When no actions are made for over
10 minutes, the system will enter power-saving mode.
Switch between cm/inch: Press and hold “T” for 8 seconds
to switch between cm and inches. A sound will be played
twice. Only works after being unplugged from power and
reconnected again.
Factory reset:
If the display shows “RST” then you can do a factory reset.
To force a factory reset you first need to unplug the desk
from power and then reconnect it.
Press hold the down button until “RST” is displayed. Keep
holding the button. The desk will move down and then raise
up a little bit. After the movement stops, it is successfully
reset.
Troubleshooting
ER1
Check if the desk is overloaded. Remove items from the
desk, and disconnect the power. If not overloaded, only
disconnect the power. Wait for 10 seconds then reconnect
the cable.
ER2/HOT
The desk is above-normal temperature. Allow the desk to
cool down and remain idle for approximately
20 minutes. Do not turn off the power while cooling.
ER3/ER4/ER5
The cause for this is: unusual electrical problems. Discon -
nect the motor cable and power cable. Wait for 10 seconds,
then reconnect the cables and now do a factory reset.
Control panel
If the control panel is unresponsive or you can’t adjust the
desk, try doing a factory reset. If it still does not work, the
control panel might be defective. Consider getting new
control panel or contacting our support.
Lifting
If the desk doesn’t work/lift, after confirming the control
panel works properly, please try doing a factory reset. If it
still doesn’t work, please consider contacting our support or
a company that repairs electrical engines.
Overcurrent protection
An over-current protection is programmed into the desk.
If the over-current protection activates, the desk will lower
about 30 mm and stop with the height displayed. No trouble
shooting is required on the product when this happensr.
