Usage
Setting speed on the motor unit
Press switch "I" for normal speed.
Press switch "II" for turbo speed.
Turn top speed dial to adjust speed.
Hand blender
The hand blender is suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups,
mixing, crushing ice, milkshakes, mayonnaise and baby food.
• Turn the blender stick on the motor unit until it locks.
• Introduce the hand blender in the vessel. Then choose speed
to operate it.
• Turn the blender stick off the motor unit after use.
• Use the handblender for maximum 1 minute.
• Caution: Don’t mix food without water!
Chopper
The chopper is suited for hard food, such as meat, cheese,
onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
• Do not chop extremely hard types of food, such as ice cubes,
nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
• First time usage:Carefully remove the plastic cover from the
blade.
Caution: The blade is very sharp!
Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
• Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl. Press
down the blade.
• Place the food in the chopper bowl.
• Place the chopping bowl-lid on the chopper bowl and lock the
bowl.
• Place and turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it
locks.
• Choose speed and press switch "
Ⅰ
" or switch "
Ⅱ
". During
processing, please hold the motor unit with one hand and the
chopper bowl in the other hand.
• After usage, turn it off and remove the motor unit off the
chopping bowl lid.
• Then remove chopping bowl lid.
• Carefully take out the blade.
• Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
• Don’t process hard food for no longer than 15 seconds.
• Don’t process food without water longer than 5 seconds.
• When you are chopping, you should use the low gear.
Whisk
The whisk is suited for whipping cream, beating egg whites,
mixing sponges and "Ready-mix" desserts.
• Insert the whisk into the whisk holder, and then turn the
whisk holder on the motor unit until it locks.
• Place the whisk in a vessel. Choose speed “1”-“5” and press
either switch "
Ⅰ
" or switch "
Ⅱ
" to operate it.
• Use the whisk for maximum 2 minutes.
• Turn the whisk holder off the motor unit after use. Then pull
the whisk holder out of the gear box.
Cleaning
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Cleaning the motor unit and chopping bowl lid only with a
damp cloth only. Do not immerse the motor unit in water!
• All other parts can be cleaned in the dish washer. (The motor
parts are not dishwasher safe)
After processing very salty food, you should rinse the blades
right away.
• Also, be careful not to use an overdose of cleaner or
decalcifier in your dishwasher.
• When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the
appliance may become discolored. Wipe these parts with
vegetable oil before placing them in the dishwasher.
• The blades are very sharp, please pay attention.
