5. Do not vacuum any burning or smoking substances
and potentially flammable materials (cigarette
butts, matches, etc.).
6. Do not vacuum any hard objects (such as building
materials, glass and nails).
7. Do not use the device to vacuum water or any other
liquids.
8. Use this device as described in this instruction manual. In the event that the safety
and usage instructions are not followed, there may be a risk of electric shock, fire
and/or personal injury.

WARNING:
Never use the appliance without the filters. Optimum dust collection will
only be achieved with clean filters and an empty dust container.
10. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings.
11. Always position the 12 V car connection cable so that nobody can trip over or
become entangled in it.
12. Unwind the 12 V car connection cable completely before use.
DO NOT
use the
appliance while the cable is coiled as this may cause overheating. Do not bend,
stretch or pull the cable in order to avoid electric shock.
13. Ensure the rated voltage shown on the rating label corresponds with the voltage of
the 12 V car connection cable.
14. Connect the 12 V car connection cable's plug to an easily accessible socket, in order
to quickly disconnect the appliance from the mains supply in an emergency.

NEVER
pull the plug out of sockets using the cable, or pull on the cables to
manoeuvre the device.
16. In order to disconnect the device from the cigarette lighter socket, switch the
appliance off and remove the plug completely by pulling the plug.
17. Keep the cable and the device away from heat, oil and mould.
18. Do not route the power cable over sharp edges.
19. Pay attention not to pinch the lead in the vehicle’s doors, windows or levers.

CAUTION:
Do not open the housing under any circumstances. Do not insert fingers
or foreign objects in any opening of the appliance and do not obstruct the air vents.
The ventilation slots shall be kept clear for the unit to work properly and prevent
dangerous overheating. Do not cover the appliance.

DO NOT
immerse the unit in water. Do not touch with wet hands. Do not use near water.
22. Do not use the device if it has fallen into water or any other liquid. Have it checked
by a qualified repair technician.

DO NOT
place the appliance in direct sunlight or enclosed space where ventilation
is restricted, or where there are other heat sources.
24. Do not expose to rain, wet and damp conditions.
25. Do not operate the device if it is visibly damaged.
26. Disconnect the unit while the vehicle’s engine is not running to prevent the vehicle
battery from becoming excessively drained or flat. When the vehicle is running, the
alternator should provide enough power.
27. The plug will become warm during use. Ensure that the vehicle socket is clean
and clear of debris, and the electrical contact is good to avoid the plug/socket
overheating.
28. Take care when removing the plug from the 12 V DC socket and
DO NOT
touch the
metal contacts which may be hot.

Danger of electric shock!
Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Improper
repairs can lead to considerable hazards. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be
conducted by qualified personnel only.
30. The supply voltage shall be the same as that indicated in the technical specifications
and the appliance rating plate.
