How to setup
parental controls
You can restrict access to or from the internet
from within your home subnetwork in several
ways:

IP filter
■
MAC filter
■
Controlling access to websites
IP filter
IP filtering enables you to name the IP address
of a device within your subnet (for example,
192.1.x.x), and restrict the flow of certain types
of IP data to or from that device, based on the
IP address. Restricted content is
discarded as it
passes through the ONT.
1. From the
Home/Dashboard
screen, select
the
icon [Figure 2], then select the
Advanced Settings
option.
2. Select the
IP Filter
option, and you will be
directed to the
IP Filter
screen.
3. From the
IP Filter
screen, select the
Enable
option, then you will be directed to the
IP
Filter
detail screen.
