1.4. Serial Data Port
The MSM6800A device performs baseband digital signal processing and executes the subscriber unit system
software.
It is the central interface device in the subscriber unit, connecting RF and baseband circuits, as well as memory
and user interface features.
The user interface of the subscriber unit typically includes the keypad, LCD display, ringer, microphone and
earpiece.
1.5. Baseband Digital Signal Processing
MSM6800A (Mobile Station Modem) is a CDMA core device containing ARM CPU core. MSM6800A is 409 ball CSP
pin package, consisting of terminal chips. The function and characteristics of clock are as follows:
Interfacing directly with RFR and RFT of RF part in CDMA mode

Designed to interface the RF part configuring power control circuitry

2. MCP (Flash ROM & SRAM) :
The H8ACS0SJ0MCP series is suited for mobile communication system application which use in data memory to
reduce not only mount area but also power consumption The H8ACS0SJ0MCP series unify two progressive
devices that add to the functionality and performance of mobile ap-plications(Real-Time Video Performance
and High speed Data Storage etc.,). The HynixNAND flash memory is furnished to storage of the user's data, and
has the large capacity necessary for music files and digital photo. And The Hynix mobile DRAM is suited for
mobile communication system application which use in data memory to reduce not only mount area but also
power consumption. The Hynix MCP (Multi-chip package) can be integrated into an MCP that 137Ball FBGA MCP
memory for mobile phones, including Mobile SDR SDRAM and Multilevel cell NAND flash memory. The HYNIX
H8ACS0SJ0MCP is a Multi Chip Package Memory which combined a 2,214,592,512 bit Nand Flash Memory and a
1Gbit Low Power Synchronous DRAM (Mobile SDRAM)
Combination of H8ACS0SJ0MCP, 2Gbit NAND Flash memory is organized as 128M x16 bits and the size of a

Mobile SDRAM is a 1,073,741,824bit CMOS Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory. It is organized as
