To change the default number:
1 Once in the names list, roll to the
desired name and press
Navi Roller .
2 Roll to the number you want to set
as the default number, press
Options
and roll to
Set as
default
and press Navi Roller .
Note: Chinese characters can
only be saved to the phone (not
in the SIM card).
Note: To save Chinese names to
phone memory first.
1 Press Names, then press options
and select phone as default
memory. To input Chinese refer to
the using Chinese Input section
(page 42).
Note: In the phonebook menu
when you recall, the phone list
entry to the Chinese phone book
search would be different from
the English recall method.
Searching and calling from phone book
1 Press
Names
, press Navi Roller
when
List names
is highlighted.
2 Enter the first character(s) of the
desired name. The pop-up window
appears.
Alternatively, press
Names
, roll
with Navi Roller to
Search
and
press Navi Roller . Then enter the
first character(s) of the desired
name and press
Search
.
3 Roll with Navi Roller to the desired
name, or enter more search criteria
in the pop-up window and then roll
to the desired name.
4 Once the desired name is
highlighted, press
Navi Roller to
view the details of the highlighted
