You can also use Maps without a GPS receiver to browse

maps, search for addresses and locations, and plan routes.

Navigate to your destination

You can upgrade Maps to a full navigation system to be

used by car and by foot. You need a regional licence for the

full navigation system, and a compatible GPS receiver. The

car navigation is fully voice-guided with two and three-

dimensional map views. Pedestrian navigation is limited

to a speed of 30 km/h (18.6 miles/h) and provides no voice
