Adding a new word in the dictionary
When no word is underlined, you can add a new word in the
dictionary in the following way:
1.
Press
(
Options
) and select
Insert word
.
2.
Key in the word by using the traditional text input and press
(
OK
).
Note:
When the dictionary becomes full, the new word
will replace the oldest word that you have previously
added in the dictionary.
Writing compound words
Instead of writing the whole compound word at once, you can first
write its first half, press
, and then write the second half.
Changing the language or turning predictive text
input off
1.
In the
Write messages
menu, press
(
Options
).
2.
Select
Dictionary
and press
(
OK
).
3.
Do either of the following:
If you want to change the language used in predictive text
input:
Select the desired language and press
(
OK
).
If you want to set predictive text input off:
Select
Dictionary
off
and press
(
OK
).
Picture messages (Menu 2-4)
The phone allows you to receive and send text messages which
contain pictures. These messages are called picture messages. There
are several preset picture messages available in the phone.
Note:
This function can be used only if it is supported by
your network operator or service provider.
