The +CSDH command controls whether detailed header information is shown in the text 
mode result codes. 

The test command returns the supported values as a compound value.

<length>, <toda> or <tooa> in the +CMT, +CMGL, +CMGR result

SMS-COMMANDs in the +CMGR result code, do not show <pid>, 
<mn>, <da>, <toda>, <length> or <cdata>.
