4. Preparation
1.
Remove the bolts (A) and (B);
2.
Remove the sharpener cover (C);
3.
Remove the bolts (D) and (B);
4.
Remove the bolts (F);
5.
Com cuidado, remova a tampa do rotor
(G);
6.
Remove the bolts that fix the knife on
rotor. Remove the knife and suport.
The use of PPE (Personal Protective
Equipment) is mandatory during
operation, maintenance and adjustment
of the machine. Wear suitable gloves and
eye protection. Take special care when
handling knives and counter knife, these
components have sharp areas that can
cause injury if handled without proper
protection and care.
CAUTION!
To change the number of rotor knives:
ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting the
following procedure.

IMPORTANT!
• Where the knives were removed,
r e p l a c e t h e b o l t s ( D ) t h a t
secure the hub to the disc with:
Hex Bolt M16 X 50 MB 1.5 CL
