Shredders
Place the machine vertically:
- Insert the double skinned plate between rotor and
conveying plate of chassis.
- Insert screws and nuts (1).
- Tighten screws
• Torque: 2,5 daN m (18 lbf ft).
3. Movable bottom land roller

The movable bottom land roller allows the separate
replacement of worn-out hose (1) or bottoms (2).
To replace the roller:
- Lift the machine slightly off the ground.
- Unscrew 2 bolts 3.
- Remove bolts (4).
- Fit the movable bottom land roller.
- Place roller in holes (6) corresponding to the required
adjustment.
- Put screws (3) and (4).
- Tighten screws (3) and (4)
• Torque: 8 daN m (59 lbf ft).
When lifting this equipment, use appropriate
lift straps, chains or any other equipment, in
perfect working order, complying with safety
standards in force for this type of equipment,
and with capacities that exceed the total
weight of the unit, as listed in this manual:
- 35 kg (77 lb).
