7.6 Connecting/disconnecting an external dust extraction system
To avoid inhaling harmful dust, always work with an external dust extraction system installed.
1 . Before connecting the external dust extraction system to the power tool, combine the angle
adapter (14) and adapter for external dust extraction system (15) .
2 . To connect this system, insert the angle adapter (14) into the hole on the device. Make sure
to insert the nose on the angle adapter (14) into one of the two inlets in the hole of the device .
3 . Turn the angle adapter (14) to the vertical or horizontal position to secure it (14) against
falling out .
4 . To disconnect the external system, rotate the angle adapter (14) so that the arrow on it
and the marking on the device housing are aligned, then pull the angle adapter slightly (14)
to remove it.
7.7 Turning the device on/off
To turn on the device, plug it in and slide the switch button (1) to the “I” position (ON) .
To turn off the device, slide the switch button (1) to the “O” position (OFF) and unplug the device .
After switching on the device, wait until it reaches its maximum speed . Only then can you start
grinding .
7.8 Sanding
The arrow above the sanding disc indicates the direction of rotation of the sanding
disc .
The sanding speed can be adjusted using the speed regulator (3) .
When sanding in a horizontal position, lay the workpiece on the sanding table (9) and push it slowly
at the desired angle to the left half of the sanding disc (2) .
When sanding in an vertical position, slowly move the workpiece at the desired angle
to the sanding disc (2).
