5 . Service
a)
A power tool must be repaired only by qualified personnel with the
use of original replacement parts.
This guarantees that the device
can continue to be operated safely.
6 . Additional safety instructions regarding electrical spray guns.
Always make sure that the power supply voltage matches the voltage
specified on the device’s data plate.
a) NEVER SPRAY FLUID ON PEOPLE – Never aim the nozzle at others or
at animals. Never allow the sprayed fluid to come into contact with
skin .
b) IGNITION TEMPERATURE – The spray gun must not be used for
spraying flammable paints and solvents whose ignition temperature
is lower than 32°C .

VENTILATION
– Always make sure that the room where you are
working is properly ventilated.
d) NOZZLE – Always use the tool with a nozzle in good working order .
e) BEWARE OF HAZARDOUS WORKING ENVIRONMENTS – Do not use
the spray gun in places where fire or explosion hazard is present.
f) BEWARE OF POISONS – The operator must be aware of hazards
related to the sprayed material . Thoroughly familiarise yourself with
the markings and instructions accompanying the sprayed material.
Be careful if the sprayed fluid is a poison; you must follow the fluid
manufacturer’s safety recommendations.

DO NOT SPRAY ONTO MATERIAL WITH UNKNOWN PROPERTIES
– Never spray fluid onto material whose dangerous properties are
unknown .
h) WEAR SAFETY GLASSES – Always protect your eyes so that dangerous
vapours or dusts do not get into them .
i) WEAR A PROTECTIVE MASK – Never use the spray gun when you are
not wearing a protective mask.
j) PROTECT YOUR EARS – Wear ear protectors if the noise level exceeds
85 dB(A) .

TAKE CARE OF THE SPRAY GUN
– Keep your spray gun, fluid tank
and nozzle clean . Do not clean your spray gun with any liquid whose
ignition temperature is lower than 32°C. Perform periodic inspections
of the device; should you find any damage, have the device repaired
by a qualified person.
l) OPEN FLAME – Never spray fluids near open flames.
m) SMOKING – Never smoke when spraying .
n) THINNING – Always follow the paint thinning recommendations
