ADJUST DATE AND TIME AND ACTIVATE THE CLOCK
Date and time can be set after installing the batteries.
Set the time guarantees the preservation of the measurement results with the correct date and time.
There is a possibility of measurement of pressure and pulse rate without setting date and time.
Touch “SET” and keep your fi nger touched to the key until “20 11” starts fl ashing.
Clock is set in the order of year, month, day, hour and minute.
The fl ashing number increases with and decreases with . The number will be fast-forwarded if you keep your fi nger on the key. Touching “SET” will fi x the
number and the next article will fl ash. Touching “START/STOP” will terminate the setting.
IMPORTANT! If the date and time have been set, current time will be shown on the display when the device is turned off .
WRAPPING THE CUFF
1 Put the cuff on your left wrist directly on the skin with the display screen on the side of your palm. You may use your right
wrist for measurement.
2 The monitor should be placed at the center of your wrist with the top of the monitor positioned 5 to 10 mm from the
bottom of your palm (fi g.4).
3 Fasten the cuff and press the surface of the cuff to make sure the hook and loop attaches securely.
The cuff should fi t snugly and there should be no space between the cuff and your wrist. Take care that your clothing is not caught
beneath the cuff .
