6. MAINTENANCE
DAILY INSPECTION

appearance
There shall be no dirt or wetting. Cleaning
There shall be no damage.
Consult with our agent or service
department.
Probe
There shall be no dirt or
disconnection.
Clean, replace or connect the
component(s).
There shall be no damage. Replace the component(s).
Battery
There shall be no liquid leakage
or damage.
Discard the battery.
Storage
The storage capacity shall be
sufficient.
(Check it using “GLP”. Refer to
“5.4.4.1 GLP”.)
Extract data and delete
unnecessary data.
(Refer to “5.4.2.3 EXPORT
DATA” and “5.4.2.4 DELETE
DATA”.)
Checking at
Time of
Measurement
Battery
The remaining battery life shall
be sufficient.
Replace or charge the battery.
GLP
There shall be a margin for each
of the following thresholds:

ZERO filter: 80 μg

Mercury lamp operation
time: 2000 hours

Air pump operation time:
2000 hours
If a threshold is exceeded, a
warning will be issued.

ZERO filter: Substitute the
spare part. (Refer to “6.5.1
REPLACEMENT OF
ZERO FILTER”.)

Mercury lamp/air pump:
Consult with our agent or
service department. (Refer
to “11. CONTACT
ADDRESS”.)
Warning/error
A warning or an error shall not
occur at a startup.
Refer to “6.4 ERRORS AND
WARNINGS”.
