Charge Batteries

Check and clean
recovery and solution
tank and hoses.

Clean recovery tank
switches and vacuum
inlet screen.

Check, clean and rotate
the brushes/pads.

Clean and check the
squeegee.
6
Clean Hopper on
Cylindrical models.
Weekly Maintenance
1
Inspect scrub housing
skirts
(34 RST models)

Inspect and clean
solution filter.
3
Check each battery cell
water level
(does not
apply to gel batteries)
4
Clean solution
manifolds on Cylindrical
models.
5
Disconnect and remove
cartridge, turn machine
ON. Press and hold the
solution switch for 2
seconds.
6
Monthly:
Apply light oil
to lubricate machine
(see manual for details)
Yearly:
Check carbon brushes
Occasional
