Connect the dual zone component so that you can listen to music on both zones. Turn on
the “Second zone”, and then turn the “Home Theater” zone “On” and “Off”. You may be
able to position an LS-1 Light Sensor on the portion of the display that brightens when the
Home Theater zone is on. Turn the Home Theater zone “On” and “Off” and observe the
LS-1’s LED to see if you can get reliable sync (green lights on your Test LED). This test
will only be valid if you repeat the test with the display in every possible configuration, with
any input selected, and with the Second Zone “On” and “Off”.
