Pressing the c Button to Turn On the Camera
When the camera is off, holding down the

button will turn the camera on in playback mode. The
lens will not extend.

Viewing Pictures
• When pictures in which a face was detected during shooting (

playback, depending upon the orientation of the detected face, the pictures may be automatically
rotated for playback display except pictures taken with

• When the monitor has turned off in standby mode to save power, press the following button to
