Step 6 Delete Unwanted Pictures

Press the

button to delete the
picture currently displayed in the
monitor.

Press the multi selector

to choose the
desired deletion method and press the

button.
• Current image : Delete the currently displayed full-
frame picture.
• Erase selected images : Select multiple pictures and
delete them. See “Operating the Erase Selected Images
Screen” (

35) for more information.
• All images : Delete all pictures.
• To exit without deleting the picture, press the
d
button.

Notes on Deleting Pictures
• Once deleted, pictures cannot be recovered. Transfer important pictures to a computer or other
media before deleting them.
• Protected pictures cannot be deleted (

Deleting the Last Picture Taken while in Shooting Mode
In shooting mode, press the

button to delete the last picture that was saved.
