Configuring Wireless LAN Settings from the Camera

Specifying a Recipient
Follow the instructions below to specify a recipient (alias and e-mail address)
for Picture Mail e-mail notification.

Select [Address options] from the [Wire-
less settings] option in the camera’s
setup menu and press
d
.
If a password has been applied (
c
137), enter the
password and press the shutter-release button. For
information on entering text, see “Entering Text with
the Camera” (
c
131).

Select [New] and press
d
.
Up to 30 recipient e-mail addresses can be added.
Choose a recipient and press
d
. The recipient infor-
mation can be edited by following the same proce-
dure used for specifying a new recipient.
To delete a recipient, select the recipient and press
T
.

Enter recipient’s alias (up to 16 alphanu-
merical characters) and press the shutter-
release button.

Enter recipient’s e-mail address (up to 64
alphanumerical characters) and press the
shutter-release button.
Mobile telephone e-mail addresses are not supported.
Wireless LAN settings for COOLPIX CONNECT have been configured.
Before using the services, applying a password with the camera is
recommended (
c
137).
