1. Lift reflector from the top of the air boxes.
2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
3. Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in
the 3-compartment sink.

1. Remove feeder, rear shield, return slide,
stripper blade.
2. Remve combination scrapping tool from back
of broiler.
3. Use tool to scrape away deposits from
Reflector/Shield by inserting in between belt and
shield.
