1. Lift up and off broiler.
2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
3. Wash, rinse, and sanitize in the 3-compartment
sink.
REASSEMBLY: Make sure brackets go over the
frame of the broiler.

1. Tilt and lift pins off hooks; lift off.
2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
3. Wash, rinse, and sanitize in the 3-compartment
sink.
REASSEMBLY: Make sure return pan hangs on
brackets.
