7.5 Adjusting the Mask Positions
7.5.1 Adjusting the mask ASSY.
1. Install the main body for the distance
between the lens-barrel and the screen to
be five meters.
2. Turn on the system power.
3. With the lens-barrel, adjust the projected
chart size to be same as the test scale size.
(See 7.11)
4. Loosen SB 3 x 6 (n = 4), and adjust the
position of the mask motor ASSY. (34801-
1610).
(1) The position of the chart is at the center of the isolation when a single letter isolation
is projected.
1) Select a chart. (See 8.7.)
2) Press the single letter mask button (function button) to isolate a single letter.
3) Adjust the position of the single letter isolation.
* Check three characters of the chart. (See 8.7.)
