HOW TO TURN ON THE HEADSET
AND CONNECT IT TO BLUETOOTH
1.
Press and hold the multifunction button until the
LED indicator starts flashing orange-white and
a beep is heard. This means the headphone in
pairing mode.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your device and select “HIVE
E2“ in the list of available units. The device will
connect to the headphone. A beep will announce
successful pairing and the LED indicator will
stop flashing.
NOTES
• The headset will remain in this pairing mode for 3
minutes. The headset will change over back to standby
mode if not connected to any device during this span
of time. The headset requires restart to restore the
pairing mode. Then follow the aforementioned steps
once again.
• The headset will automatically connect to the device to
which it was paired last time.
• For stable connection with a device the headset must
be within the signal reach (not more than 10 meters).
Obstacles between the headset and the device may
adversely affect the quality of communication.
• The headset will lose connection with a device when
appearing beyond reach by Bluetooth. The headset will
reconnect to the device if reappearing within reach not
later than in 3 minutes.
• To save the battery the headset turns off
automatically after 10 minutes if having fallen
out of connection with the device or if remaining
unconnected to any device for this span of time.
