INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
KVT 10
General
The condensation water trough is used to collect and lead
away most of condensation water from the air/water heat
pump. The trough contains a heating coil, which allows run
off to occur at temperatures below zero.
The heating coil starts automatically at an outdoor temperat-
ure of +2 °C. When the temperature e2 °C the
heating coil shuts off again. Output of the heating coil is 200
W.

Mounting
The trough may be sensitive at low temperatures. Therefore,
store it at room temperature before installing. No tools are
required for installation, the trough is clamped under the
heat pump according to the supplied instructions:
1. If necessary: Disconnect the supply cable that is under-
neath the heat pump. This will then be routed under the
trough.
2. Place the trough on the heat pump's rear moulding and
route the heating coil's supply cable through one of the
cable glands underneath the heat pump.
3. Lift up the front edge against the heat pump's front
moulding.
4.
Bend the trough slightly and press the right side of the
trough above over the moulding.
5.
Run your hand along the trough against the left-hand
side and press in the trough's edge above the moulding.
