General
Two pipes are supplied with the product. All other pipe
routing must be carried out with 22 mm copper pipes
and tight bends must be avoided.
Pipe connections
1.
If F750 is already installed and filled with water, the
water heater and climate system in F750 must be
drained of water, and the connection for incoming
cold water disconnected, see Installers manual for
F750 for further instructions.
2.
Disconnect the pipe under the immersion heater on
F750, see adjacent image for pipe location.
3.
Connect the longer of the supplied pipes to the now
free upper connection on F750. Connect the shorter
supplied pipe to the lower free connection.
4.
Prepare and connect pipe for incoming cold water
on F750 (that is then to be connected to outgoing
hot water in VPB200).
5.
Prepare and connect pipe to 4-way valve connection
on F750 (that is then to be connected to the coil in
VPB200).
6.
Prepare internal pipe routing in VPB 200 as far as
possible (see image on previous page). Place the pipe
section in the rear lower part of VPB 200.
7.
Position VPB 200 in its designated place.
8.
Route the remaining pipe connections and connect
the reversing valve (see image on previous page).
Note the location of the ports (A, B and AB). The
supplied shut-off valve and non-return valve must be
installed on incoming cold water in VPB200.
9.
Remove the shut-off valve and non-return valve be-
hind in the mixing valve section in F750 (see adjacent
image) and then install the supplied plug.
NOTE
The non-return valve in the mixing valve
section in F750 must be removed to
prevent a vacuum in VPB 200.
Caution
To prevent unnecessary heat losses insu-
late the pipes.
