Pipe installation
The water heater is only designed for upright installa-
tion.
The hot water heater is equipped with compression ring
couplings for copper or plastic pipes. Internal support
bushes should be fitted when a plastic pipe or annea-
led copper pipe is used. The mixing valve (25) is set
for the desired hot water temperature. Turn the mixer
knob anti-clockwise to increase hot water temperature.
Setting range 40 – 65°C.
The solar panel's charge automatic must be limited to a
max temperature of 90 °C. This is so as not to risk
a higher temperature than 95 °C in the water heater.
An overflow pipe should be routed from the safety valve
to an appropriate drain. The size of the overflow pipe
must be the same as on the safety valve (Ø 15 mm). The
overflow pipe must be routed downwards to prevent
water pockets and to be frost proof.
The outlet of the overflow pipe must be visible.
The lower section of the side plates can be removed
during installation. This also facilitates access from the
sides.
Assembly
Unscrew the water heater from the wooden pallet. The
water heater can be raised by screwing out the length
of the feet.
NOTE!
Pipes must not be run in the area indicated by dots.
