7.3 Address Reservation
7.2 DHCP Clients List
ID - The index of the DHCP Client.
Client name - The name used to identify the DHCP client.
MAC Address - The MAC address of the DHCP client.
Assigned IP - The IP address that the router has allocated to the DHCP client.
Lease time –
The lease granted to the DHCP client. After the dynamic IP address has ex-
pired, a new dynamic IP address will be automatically assigned to the user.

Go to
DHCP Address reservation
in the menu, in order to visualize and add reserved ad-
dresses for clients, using the screen displayed below (Figure 7-4). When you specify a re-
served IP address for a PC on the LAN, that PC will consistently receive the same IP address
every time it accesses the DHCP server. Reserved IP addresses should be assigned to the
servers that require permanent IP settings.
Note:
To use the DHCP server function of the router, you must configure all computers on
the LAN in the “Obtain an IP Address automatically” mode.
Go to
DHCP DHCP Clients list
in the menu, in order to visualize the information about
the clients linked to the router, as displayed in the following screen (Figure 7-3).
