ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
This appliance has a safety cut out system, which will activate if the air inlets or outlets are obstructed and the fire
begins to overheat. For safety reasons the fire WILL NOT switch on again automatically. The following procedure
must be carried out before the fire can be operated again:
1. Unplug the power supply cable and switch off the heater at the appliance.
2. Leave the fire switched off for a period of no less than 15 minutes, ensuring any obstructions are removed.
3. Plug the power cable back in at the socket, and switch on at the appliance.
NOTE:
• If the appliance fails to operate, repeat the above procedure.
• If you attempt to switch the appliance back on before the safety cut out has reset, the heater may cut out for a
further period of time. If the sequence has been followed correctly and the heater still fails to function, check if the
plug is correctly in the socket OR only when the fire has completely cooled use a vacuum cleaner to clean around
the air inlet and outlet vents.
