Re-install bolt from step 13
Push clamp over wheel bar threaded stud(1), install rectangle locator(2) then install twist knob(3)

Install wheel plate to clamp using nuts and bolts from step 09
Install flight plate(1) using the plastic spacers(2) between the flight plate and adjuster plate securing
with washers and nuts(3)
