SOLUTION
Failure to Engage
Insufficient air pressure to the Torque
Limiter.
Check the air lines for leaks and replace damaged
air lines.
Damaged or leaking O-ring Seals.
Replace the O-ring Seals.
Driven load is too light.
Back off air pressure and use shielded bearings.
Failure to Disengage
Broken Compression Springs.
Replace the Compression Springs.
Air not exhausting from the Quick Exhaust
Shuttle Valve.
Replace the Quick Exhaust Shuttle Valve.
Ratcheting
Insufficient air pressure to the Torque
Limiter.
Check the air lines for leaks and replace damaged
air lines.
Damaged or leaking O-ring Seals.
Replace the O-ring Seals.
Nuisance Tripping
Proximity Sensor not properly adjusted.
