AMT BIOS Features

When disabled AMT BIOS Features are no longer supported and user is no
longer able to access MEBx Setup. Please note that this option does not
disable Manageability Features in firmware.

ME Unconfig on RTC Clear

Enables or disables ME Unconfig on RTC Clear. When disabled, ME will not
be unconfigured on RTC clear.
