Safety Warnings
1. Thoroughly wash the jars with warm water and mild detergent before use. Do not use boiling
water to soak the body and the transparency lid. The lid must be closed while the unit is
operating.
2. Please check the expiration date and quality of the ingredients. Follow the dosage of culture
according to the instructions on the manufactures packaging. Frozen yogurt which has expired
or if the culture loses activity cannot be used. You can add the dosage of the frozen yogurt
according to your own taste. Hot milk should be cooled to 40°C below, prior to adding culture
to it.
3. Fermentation time will be affected by the temperature of the environment and the raw
materials, therefore you should extend the cooking time when the temperature is cold or you
have used frozen milk to make the yogurt. The time should not exceed 14 hours.
4. If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be maintained or changed by manufacturer or
other professionals in order to avoid danger.
5. Starter cultures require cold storage, and cannot be stored for long periods. See instructions
on manufacturers packaging.
6. This appliance has built-in over-heat protection device, when the temperature is too high, the
fuse will disconnect automatically to prevent accidents and motor damage.
