Preparing the computer

To install a package on your Newton PDA, do the following on your
computer:

Choose Install Package from the File menu.

The Install Package dialog box appears.

Click the name of the book package that you want to install.

Click Open.

Newton Press then waits for you to establish a connection from your
Newton PDA.

Preparing the Newton PDA

To install a package on your Newton PDA, do the following on your
Newton PDA:

Open the Extras Drawer

Tap Connection

The Connection slip appears.

Select the type of connection you have and tap Connect.

The package is installed on the Newton PDA.
