After entering or adding the text of a book, you can then page through it,
dividing pages to provide the most readable layout.
To insert a page break:

Click in the text where the page should start.

Choose Insert Page Break from the Format menu.
Removing a page break
Should you need to combine pages later, you can open a page and choose
Remove Page Break from the Format menu to combine the current page with
the one before it.
To see where page breaks are in a document, choose Show Indicators from
the Format menu. A thin line appears at the top of each page started by a
page break.
