How to read 1D/2D barcode with PT980 series products
If the COMS sensor has been equipped on the portable data collector shipped, it
can be used to read 1D and 2D bar code. If the portable data collector equipped
laser sensor, it only can be used to read 1D bar code.

button on the PT980
series products, the digital scanner projects a
red laser or an aiming pattern. For the optimum
reading stance, laser or aiming pattern width
should be 4mm more than barcode width.
