Replacing the Hinge Spring

Close the lid and remove the stopper 

screw, using an Allen key and a spanner, at 

the back of the hinge assembly.

Open the Kamado to the back until the 

springs are released from expansion and 

replace the springs.

Close the kamado top and fix the stopper 

screws using an Allen key and a spanner.
