7 - MAINTENANCE
Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS)
NOTE:
Inspect the ROPS after the first 50 hours of opera-
tion. Following the initial inspection, the ROPS should be
checked after every 300 hours of operation or every six
months, whichever comes first.
1. Check the torque of the ROPS bottom portion mounting
bolts,

bolts to the correct torque

2. Check the torque of the ROPS cross brace mounting
bolts

bolts to the correct torque of

3. Check the torque of the ROPS mid portion mounting

bolts to the correct torque of

4. Inspect the operator's seat and the mounting parts for
the seat belt. Tighten theM10 bolts
