4. Remove the muffler support bracket bolt

5. Remove the bolt

(1)

and the muffler assembly from the

engine.

6. Disconnect the throttle linkage

(1)

from the pump and

set it aside.

7. Disconnect the coolant temperature

(1)

, alternator, oil

pressure

(2)

and starter connectors from engine.

Remove the starter.
