ONNECTION
Before you can run any experiments you must connect the
INTERCONNECTING
CABLE
. This cable supplies communications between the Anti–Foam Module
and the BioFlo 2000 Fermentor. Perform the following steps to make the proper
cable connections:
6.2.1
Verify that the BioFlo 2000 Fermentor
ON / OFF ROCKER SWITCH
is
set to
OFF
.
6.2.2
Connect the flat female end of the
ANTI–FOAM MODULE
INTERCONNECTING CABLE
to the
15 PIN POWER / CONTROL
CONNECTOR
on the back panel of Anti–Foam Module.
6.2.3
Tighten the thumbscrews on the
ANTI–FOAM MODULE
INTERCONNECTING CABLE
until secure.
6.2.4
Connect the pinned male end of the
ANTI–FOAM MODULE
INTERCONNECTING CABLE
to the flat
AF 2000 CONNECTOR
on the
back panel of the BioFlo 2000 Fermentor.
