Port Description
Modem por t An RJ-45 jack labeled Modem to connect to the Ethernet por t of your cable or DSL
modem.
Ethernet por t An RJ-45 10/100Base-T Ethernet jack. You can use this to configure the Netopia
3381-ENT. You can either connect your computer directly to an Ethernet por t using the
supplied Categor y 5 Ethernet cable, or connect both your computer and the Netopia
3381-ENT to an existing LAN environment. The Ethernet por t is auto-sensing,
eliminating the need for a crossover cable.
USB por t A USB jack. You can use this to configure the Netopia 3381-ENT. You can connect your
computer directly to the USB por t using the supplied USB cable.
Power por t A DC power adapter cable connection.
