Manual Configuration in Windows XP
If you wish to configure the WLAN connection manually, you need to change the NetComm
NP7032 - Wireless LAN PC Card properties in the
Network Properties
or the
Windows
Device Manager
.
1. Click
Start
and go to
Control Panel
.
2. Double-click on the
Network Connections
icon. You may have to switch to Classic View
to see this option.
3. Right click the
WLAN device
and select
Properties
.
4. Click
Configure
.
5. Click the
Advanced
tab.
From this screen, you may set the Channel, data rates and
other network options. For more information about these
options, please use Windows XP on-line help (Start ->
Help).
