Cold Beverage Equipment Flushing
•
Replace with new product and nozzles.
Wash hands with soap and warm water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
•
Disconnect product from dispenser.
•
Wipe down the area and any human contact points with a soft cloth and sanitizing solution.
Wash hands with soap and warm water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
•
Place a container under
the dispensing area.
Initiate a rinse cycle by pressing the down arrow in the lower left corner of the display and the select bothsides.
•
Continue the rinse process until 1 gallon of water has been dispensed through the machine.
•
Wipe down the interior of the refrigeration area and any human contact points with a soft cloth and sanitizing
solution.
•
Flush 1 gallon of water through each side of the dispenser.
•
Replace with new product.
