Cold Beverage Equipment Flushing
Remove product from freezer.
Wash hands with soap and warm water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
Remove pump from the product container. Open door and insert pump into a station as demonstrated below.

Clean the white or clear nozzles on the pumps, wipe down the interior of the refrigeration area and any human
contact points with a soft cloth and approved sanitizing solution.

Replace pump back onto container.
•
Close door and place a suitable container below the dispense nozzle and dispense water through the station for
a minimum of 2 minutes. Repeat this process for all stations (4 total).
