Replacing jaw

Tools:

- Torx screwdriver T10, T15
- Cross-headed screwdriver
- Long-nose pliers

Procedure:

1 Follow general disassembly stage 1 and 2

(see pages 24 and 25).

2 Remove 2 screws (83) and closing lever

(84).

3 Disassemble hoses (85, 141) on the

ceramic valve (134).

4 Unplug connector of reed contact (86) on

the electronic mainboard (59).

5 Remove cover (129).

6 Remove grounding wire (115) from

thermoblock (66) and disconnect adapter
plug.

7 Loosen screws (12) and detach right and

left control panels (30 and 34).

8 Loosen 2 screws (12) on cover plate (32)

and steam tube support (31) and one
screw (12) at the top of the IR sensor (92).

Repair

- Procedure on disassembly of the jaw when fitted

9 Detach cover plate (32) together with right

control panel and steam tube (76) with its
support (31).

10 Loosen 2 screws (12) and detach cover

plate (33).

11 Loosen 4 screws (131) on support module

(126).

12 Remove complete jaw and replace.

13 Assemble new jaw in reverse sequence.
