Other menu options
After starting the machine, the Main Menu 1/3
screen will appear.
This screen shows the selected job number and the
total number of envelopes that have been processed
using this job.
• Press the Start/Stop button
to start or stop
the job.
• When the machine is running, the word “clear” will
be displayed at the bottom right hand corner of
the screen. Select “clear” to clear the document
path, and to prepare the machine for a new job.
The Main Menu 1/3 screen will appear.
Job info
• Select
to display all relevant information
about the selected job.
See “Job information” on page 22 for a detailed
explanation of this screen.
• Press the escape button
to return to the Main
Menu 1/3 screen.
Job selection
From the Main Menu 1/3 screen, select
to select another predefined job.
1. Select
or
to choose another job
number.
2. Select
to confirm the selected job, or
press the escape button
to leave this screen
without changing the job.
