WARRANTY
Subject to any applicable local laws in the country of purchase.
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year
from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure
or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage. There are no other expressed or
implied warranties. This warranty will be void if the product is ever:
• Used in a manner other than for recreation
• Modified in any way
• Rented or otherwise subject to commercial use
• Subjected to consumer abuse or neglect
• Used by riders weighing over the maximum weight listed on the product
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or
indirectly to the use of this product. NEON reserves the right to repair, supply replacement parts, or
replace a defective product at our discretion.
If NEON warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of 12 months, and the product proves defective and a claim is filed during the warranty
period, Neon at its option will:
Repair the product by means of telephone support, email support, or by providing service at no
charge for parts or labor.
Replace the product with a comparable product which may be new or refurbished
Refund the original amount paid for the product, less a reasonable allowance for usage, upon its
return.
All sales are final. For your records, save your original sales receipt.
